Returning was a disasterDec 29, 2010

Unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect size. In order to exchange it I had to fill out a form to get the company's permission to exchange it. They e-mail permission, but I didn't hear from them. A week later I called to check and they claimed to have e-mailed it. They gave me the code on the phone and I sent the package to them. On 12/18 I received an e-mail stating they received my return and my new item would ship "within the normal handling time". On 12/27 I asked for an update and was told the new size was out of stock and I would receive a credit in 3-10 days. I found their communication to be very lacking. It left me wondering how long it would have taken to hear from them if I didn't constantly follow up. I would not buy from Star Struck again.
